COMPANY POLICY
To ensure adequate service processing time for orders can take up to 72 business hours. Each and every time the status of your order changes, you will be notified by the email via the email address that you provided in your order. All orders placed before 1 p.m. (EST) will begin processing the same business day. All orders placed after will begin processing the following business day.
SHIPPING
* SHIPPING AT THIS TIME TAKES APPROXIMATELY 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS *
Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order.
We will not be responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping provider regarding any packages that has not been received after it has been shipped. All packages are insured, and you should file a claim with postal service in the event of a lost package.
